Refund Policy

   Payment Structure:

       1.Payment for our 3D product animation services is only due after the project is completed and delivered to the client for review.

   Refund Eligibility:

       2. A refund may be requested under the following circumstances:

  • If there is an unreasonable delay in delivering the project, exceeding 10 business days beyond the agreed-upon delivery date.
  • If the final 3D product animation substantially deviates from the agreed-upon project expectations and requirements.

   Requesting a Refund:

       3. To request a refund, clients must notify us in writing within 10 days of receiving the final animation.

   Refund Process:

        4. Upon receiving a refund request, we will review the project and the circumstances that led to the refund request. We may request additional                  information or clarification from the client.

  1. If the delay in project delivery exceeds 10 business days or if the animation significantly differs from the agreed-upon scope, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

   Refund Exclusions:

        6. No refund will be issued if:

  • The client has approved the final 3D product animation.
  • The client has requested additional revisions or changes beyond the original project scope, leading to delays.
  • The project delay or deviation is caused by factors beyond our control, including acts of nature, technical issues, or client-provided materials and information.
